S-R Mental Health & Wellness Program Outline:
This 8 week Program is held bi-weekly with 4, 2 hour Workshops in total.

If you have mild to moderate anxiety, depression or stress, this Program teaches you how to self-regulate naturally through self-regulation therapy, strategies and nutrition intervention to achieve or increase positive Mental Health, by reducing anxiety, depression and stress and becoming self-regulated.

Self-Regulation Program: (4 Workshops in Total)
Workshop One—Emotions & Building Trust: Getting to Know You, Getting to Know Us, Self-Reg Board
Workshop Two—Managing & Increasing Self-Regulation, Meditation Yoga, Feeling Better & Physical Therapy
Workshop Three –Progress Check-in, Assess & Express Yourself with Art Therapy or Culinary Therapy
Workshop Four—Maintenance Strategies for Self-Regulation and Home Nutrition Action Plan Creation

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: In order to register and attend you must complete the Registration form (this can be done over the phone) no later than two weeks prior to the program start date for the session you are interested in attending. This is necessary to ensure sufficient space, equipment, and supplies are available for all those in attendance. Dietary restrictions, allergies, and any other special requests must also be discussed at time of registration to ensure that accommodations can be made, if possible.
Parents must register for children under 18.
Please review all polices prior to registration as there is a non-refundable deposit required of $50 per registrant. Deposits can be transferred to another session if unable to attend after registration is complete and/or program has begun.

- Individuals who have family members or friends having difficulty managing anxiety, depression or stress, and who would like to learn how to help these individuals achieve self-regulation and regain a sense of self-worth.
- Family Units undergoing anxiety, depression or stress who want to reconnect with each other, improve communication, cooperation, collaboration and regain a sense of family bonding.
